I have patellar damnation.

My doctors told me the otherwise but i insisted. There is no cure for it. You live with it in this world as well in your afterlife.

Okay, so I am old, uncool and uninformed.

I did a Google search for 'patellar-damnation' and I still don't know what you're talking about.

Please explain.

actually, patellar damnation is a terribly untalented thrash band out of south london, composed of the hooligan sons of washed up mobsters whose trademark acts of violence were cricket bats to the knees.

yeah, and i too have dislocated my patella. probably the worst physical pain yet experienced.

I came into this world with shifty knees... have always had bilateral patellar dislocation because of kneecaps that aren't quite right.

Cycling was the cure.
