nope there is no way that can lift them bottles it would need the props to be 4 times as big id guess
Regardless if the drone could lift it, the bigger hurdle will be to get the FAA to allow it. Then there is the amount of liability insurance that will need to be carried to cover any 'incidents'...would not want to be under one of them things should it experience issues and a bottle (or six) come raining down from 20'+ up in the air.
