Remember to watch which veggies... I have a friend that started munching carrots like they were mm's... not only are they full of sugar, but excess consumption can lead to Vit. K poisoning...celery is full of salt so not all that good either... Best to learn to drink water and large quantities of that... add ice and munch that... should help (although will annoy neighbors at work...)
