Careful, quitting pop is the gateway drug to healthy eating.

+1. As the soda recedes, be careful that the underlying sugar craving does not reappear in other guises. Time to load up on the veggies.

How is that possible???? I assume you are teasing... at least I hope you are... I can barely get through one of those 7.5 fl oz cans (90 calories) every few days of so...

Remember to watch which veggies... I have a friend that started munching carrots like they were mm's... not only are they full of sugar, but excess consumption can lead to Vit. K poisoning...celery is full of salt so not all that good either... Best to learn to drink water and large quantities of that... add ice and munch that... should help (although will annoy neighbors at work...)

I think you mean Vitamin-A poisoning from carrots, and celery actually has no salt. Celery seeds are mixed with salt to create celery salt.

I've not had a drink with bubbles in it for better than 10 years. I have not lost any weight due to the ice cream I replaced it with. oh well.....

I had the skinniest friend who could drink beer like a fish. I can't tolerate that much carbonation.
