I already have one....I rounded my post earlier. The scale actually said 170.8. I haven't used the BF% in a while...it's always between 15% and 17%

I used to drink 4 liters of Pepsi a day. I broke it off by watering down my Pepsi with seltzer water. 25% seltzer the first week, 50% seltzer the second week, 75% seltzer the third week, then 100% seltzer. It was rough each time the ratio changed, but doable.

Soda is flavor, caffeine, sweetness, bubbles, cold and water. I dropped step by step. Loved seltzer for a long while, but now I'm down to ice cold water.

I'll photograph the next Japanese tourist cycling across Australia who has no idea of the distances here. They usually have gear loaded above there head and how they keep balance is remarkable.

Gosh... I've never met anybody who drank that much pop.
I guess the soda industry really does get under your skin.
Good luck with that.
