Look what I got in the mail (Krypto related)

Got this in the mail the other day. Not a legal person but it seems to me I am summoned to a court hearing.

Anyone would like to share any light on this?

Or did anyone else get this?

Thanks.

I received them also - Class action lawsuit poop. It gives the reasoning behind the exchange of old locks for new ones. I tossed mine in the trash.

It's the work of some hotshot group of lawyers trying to suck as much money out of Kryptonite as possible, including a $690,000 legal fee. Seethe previous thread about it. My take on it is that Kryptonite did a pretty good job in replying to the issue when it came up, and this class action suit accomplishes basically nothing besides making future lock purchases more expensive as Kryptonite has to make up for that $690,000 plus their own court fees. From what I've heard, the only issue people have been having with the lock exchange that Kryptonite started on their own before this lawsuit was even filed, is that it takes a long time to get a response, since they are understandably backlogged.

IF you sign up you may get like $12.37 or something out of it. My friend got about that much from some CD music class action suit.

I tossed mine as well. I hate contributing to an already too litigious society.
