    Cheesecake

I made some Yummy cheesecake! The swirly stuff is Nutella I folded in. I noticed there was still some Nutella residue on the knife after i pushed the Nutella in so I swirled it around on the surface. Did I say it's yummy?

Wow, that looks awesome! I ran a commercial bakery for many years, made a silly amount of a simple, quality cheesecake, and again, yours looks terrific! I'll have to try that nutella trick if I ever make another.

To be honest, I barely tasted the Nutella. The lemon and orange zest dominated the taste; which is fine because it tasted great. the Nutella gave it an interesting texture though

I kept it in the oven to cool down after an hour of baking. That helped I guess. I watched the video of chef John a few times before I got the recipe down. My mom kept asking me where I bought it from. She didn't believe I made it hehe
