    Crunchy or creamy peanut butter?

How does the peanut butter preference landscape look like @ Bikeforums? Just vote above^

***Funny Scenario to give some substance to this post: you were kidnapped and will be dumped onto a barren island with nothing but a jar of peanut butter. Because your captors are nice and can't live with themselves if they left you out there without peanut butter, they give you a choice of either smooth(creamy) or crunchy peanut butter. Both of generic brand, it's not like crime pays and your captors will offer you the luxury of a jar of skippy or jif or laura scudders. No they will not, any circumstances let you back on their helicopter; the leader saw a smidgen of sympathy in the co-pilot's eyes and immediately dispatched him as an example for the rest of his men.***

Random but, peanut butter is a good survival food

Creamy if going on a sandwich, crunchy if straight out of the jar.

Ahmm I only see my vote up there; I added an equally random scenario.

Crunchy. Used to be creamy, but once I tried crunchy, never went back.

Creamy, especially on toast that's still hot. The PB just snuggles into the nooks and crannies, and swirls when you add the orange marmalade...

What's the deal on Laura Scudders anyway? It's manufactured by Smuckers, has the same ingredients as Smuckers Natural, has the same nutritional information and an identical jar but for the label.

Creamy, not completely stirred or stirred with a jot of my honey to emulsify it and prevent re-separation.

There is always a jar of each in the cupboard. Smooth for my wife and the grand kids, and I have the crunchy all to myself.

    Creamy. It's all I use.

Crunchy would be okay I guess, but it tears and heck out of a slide of bread when making a sandwich!

Use better bread. The kind that doesn't "slide."

I think creamy is more apt to work for fouling the air intake of a copter.

Neither would eb much use on a deserted island. I want to take the B******s out.
