Bah! I usually feel as tired, if not more, after a nap. I'd rather get my full day's sleep...6-8 hours. Gotta do that right now, as a matter of fact. Ciao!

I wish I could take a nap every day around 2 pm.

I also wish I didn't have to get up at 6am every morning...

That she leads a life that requires an occasional nap is what is so intruiging.

Well, a 45 min nap turned into a 2 and a half hour nap. I woke up feeling pretty bewildered and a bit rushed, since I had a 3 pm doctor's appointment. But it's like 75 degrees out, sunny, no clouds, and I was cool with it. I just got back, and it's a great day and I'm well rested! Whooooo! Go naps!

Naps rule, man. They rule.

My son takes a nap everyday at 12:30 until about 3:00. I usually also nap at this time. Works for me.

Amen! I had to take my son sometimes in the car, he was so tired that he would wobble standing up, but wouldn't nap, he'd sleep in the car seat just fine. A couple times as soon as he was out, I'd pull into a park under a shade tree, and we'd both be sleeping like babies. You nailed it, grab the winks as soon as you can!

I get off work and go ride. Completely revives me. It pains me that you don't have that option, Mael...a little, anyway.
