Lock on back brake for back wheel?

Hey everyone, had this question in my head for some time, figured Id ask.

I saw a while ago on momovelo's site, they sold a lock that attached to where your back brake would be (so I guess for fixed geared bikes), and you would just turn the key and it would lock the wheel up to the frame (so if I remeber right, it even looked like a brake). It stated that it was big in Japan I think.

Wonder if anyone else saw or knows about this.

Thanks.

These wheel locks are common on Dutch bikes, they work with or without a rear brake.
