Drink of Choice?

So spill it...what does everyone enjoy drinking, alcohol of course

Raiyn 04-09-05 12:41 AM

Old No. 7 with a splash of Coca~Cola

HaagenDas 04-09-05 12:50 AM

Hmmm prefer a well aged, heavily oaked Cabernet Sauvignon. Needs to have been fermented until bone dry.. not of these fruit driven new age plonks for me.

I recently got some Stroh Rum from Austria on a skiing trip- its 80% alcohol- Ok so I didn`t really enjoy drinking as it tasted like paintstripper but it certainly hit the spot with a drop of coke.

Naaa If I'm drinking rum it should be 151. I'll settle for the Captain if someone else is buying though.

Beer, any way, shape or form.

Stacey 04-09-05 04:52 AM

Whatever you're buying sugar, whatever you're buying

capsicum 04-09-05 07:05 AM

Fermented black tar heroin, with a bowl of limburger soup to wash it down.

Shifty 04-09-05 09:13 AM

Pinot Noir
Pinot Gris
Fat Tire Amber Ale

Karldar 04-09-05 09:25 AM

Usually Jack and Coke, but I'm learning to ween myself off the Coke-too much sugar. Got some Guinness and Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout/Taddy Porter I'm hoping to suck down tonight. 'Course, I've still got my big bottle of JD to fall back on in case I don't have enough beer.;)

Arrogant Bastard Ale is good stuff, too, but I can only get it in 22 oz. bottles-expensive 22 oz. bottles! Lotsa bang for the buck, tho.

I prefer single malt scotch myself. My current two favorites are Bowmore and Glendronach.

Aside from that, beers... Saporro, or Kirin Ichiban are two of my favorites. For some reason I like japanese style beers better than german ones...gotta be the soba I guess.

nick burns 04-09-05 03:17 PM

Victory Hop Devil IPA

scroz 04-09-05 03:20 PM

Hoegaarden, Kronenbourg Blanc or Bundaberg Rum.

hoodlum 04-09-05 03:36 PM

Wild Turkey Rare Breed.

pedal 04-09-05 03:40 PM

Arrogant Bastard Ale, Tree Hophead IPA, Phillips Espresso Stout, Race Rocks Ale and Heineken.

junioroverlord 04-09-05 04:58 PM

New favorite...Steel Reserve. Cheap and good.

mtnbiker66 04-09-05 05:27 PM

How weird is this, I'm 38 years old and have never had a drink other than the taste of a wine cooler.

OMG!!! How do you stay hydrated?!?!

PhattTyre 04-09-05 05:52 PM

I don't have one favorite, I have three that cycle through the top spot depending on what kind of mood I'm in... Guinness, Jameson or Crown Royal on the rocks

pedal 04-09-05 06:04 PM

PhattTyre,

Excellent choices and yes, the chickens have large talons.

Plow Boy 04-09-05 06:21 PM

Blue Ribbon Light and Glenlivet. Smooth.

JohnCub 04-09-05 06:35 PM

Rum ( Cruzan estate dark ) and cola (Sam's choice - less sugary than coke or pepsi)

And for when I'm in the mood for beer I like Miller High Life - The Champagne of beers.
