It looks like a great place to me. The only thing that really stood out was the oven/stove seems to be a bit dated. Other than that, beautiful place. I don't know much about New Mexico, but the price seems in line with Southern New England prices. Good luck.

I like it, especially the low maintenance yard. The wood ceiling was interesting, too.

I've been looking at Albuquerque a lot lately and can't find one as cozy feeling as this one with such a nice open layout. 249k in my city gets you a fixer upper in the worst neighborhoods. I've been wanting to leave Seattle for years.

New Mexico is nice. I saw the most incredible sunset of my life in Albuquerque. Rain was falling but evaporating (a virga) and when the sun got near the horizon it shone underneath the cloud illuminating the tongues of rain. The sky was like a lake of upside down fire...

Albuquerque can be a beautiful city or a dump, depending on where you live. This house is in a great neighborhood and looks like it is very VERY short mountain bike ride to the foothills trails. Tramway is also a nice road to bike on, with dedicated and wide bike lanes.

Overall, very nice layout. That view of the Sandias with the large windows and double glass doors - WOW. Gorgeous.

We are just outside Santa Fe and absolutely love this area. Some (many?) people don't care for single digit humidity, sagebrush cactus and dirt as far as the eye can see and relentless sun. I am not one of those people.

Looking at houses is almost as much fun as looking at bicycles... almost.

Love the high ceilings in the common rooms (look like 9'?). Like the flow of the common rooms (though if I was a real cook, the "functional" kitchen might be a bit small and lacking in cabinet space). Lovely light flow and ceilings/floors. Amazing view from nice terrace.

On the other hand... lot is pretty small (<6000', so have to see how "close" the neighbors seem to be). Personally, I like a bathtub (w/ shower) in the master bath; YMMV. Don't know the area so can't comment of location, location, location (or the price).
