Hash Tag Subscription - How did it happen & how can I get rid of it?

Hash Tag Subscription - How did it happen & how can I get rid of it?
I somehow got myself subscribed to a hash tag, "#5" to be precise. Now, every time someone posts a note containing that string, I get an email. I don't know how it happened, and can't find out how to unsubscribe. The only subscriptions I see while poking around in my profile are thread subscriptions. Please, make it go away!

1. Hit the "Settings" link in the top right of the banner at the top of the page.
2. Scroll down the left panel until you see "User Tagging".
3. Select "Hash Tag Subscriptions".
4. Once you've done that, go back to "User Tagging->Settings" and double check what is turned on and off (I've got all of my boxes checked).
