Mac OS Safari browser crashing

Having trouble lately with the Safari browser. Constantly crashes here. Posting with FireFox right now.

My MAC running Firefox and System 10 has about a 50% chance of freezing especially early in the day. I am about to take a long vacation from this site. Very hard to get out of the site once it freezes and requires at least one restart. This is the only place I visit that this happens. Roger

Just happened again with a spam Adobe Flash Player wanting to be updated on my computer. I have the latest version on my computer and I had to go through 5 to 10 pages of cr*p and 5 minutes of time to get out of the spam. i not sure when I will be back. Roger

Geeze. Delete the stupid Flash player. I haven't used it on any computer for at least five or six years, and don't miss it at all.

CLOSE THE WINDOW, FIND THE SOURCE IN HISTORY AND REPORT IT. DON'T DEAL WITH IT.

If you are getting that while here then contact staff...it's not supposed to happen and most of the pages that tell you to update your 'Flash' or movie player etc. are MALWARE phishing.

PS Many 'Flash' and other player pages don't seem to work without ActiveX being turned off. THERE'S YOUR SIGN.

Actually I lied as I DO NOT have Flash Player on the MAC. Forgot I got rid on a friends advice 4 or 5 years ago. The problem is when that type of spam happens you can't get out of the window(s) without deleting where you are. My point is I shouldn't have to be doing this at all. This is the only forum that it happens on which leads me to believe that the keepers of this forum are not keeping it clean. The other latest pain is now there are not only ads but ads with sound. I checked to see if things are better. They are not. I will try in a few days again and see if is better. Roger
