Uploading photos has changed
When I hit the photo icon, I get a request for a URL address instead of the usual box allowing me to choose an image from my PC. Is this a glitch or do we now have to host our photos somewhere else to post them here?

And there still aren't in Windows 7/IE 11.

All my photos are on my phone. I have a flicker account but pasting url isn't working. Just shows a little white box when I post. Advice?

The platform has been downgraded by the owners to a proprietary version of vBulletin they use on all of their properties with forums. I don't know why all your photos are on your PHONE, if you are using Flikr they are on a server.
But anyhow, Android/iPhone or Windows?
These are things we are living with as this platform seems to be nearing some kind of end of life stage. Well, darn, I did tell them that ignoring mobile was a huge mistake.
Hang on, use a PC or something and hopefully we'll muddle through.
Maybe someday I'll try to rebuild the Tempest thread I killed when they do. I only get links.

Thanks for the update.
I would contribute more to this community if it was as easy as snapping a picture on my iPhone and uploading it to the site in just a few swipes and clicks. Maybe someday...
