How to stop emails from the forum
I edited before because I didn't want an email every time I posted.
now I would like to NOT receive an email anytime someone quotes me, so in effect I do not want emails from the forum
any tips are appreciated

Go to the dark blue bar at the top and select "User CP", then go down to "Settings and Options" and select "edit options", go to "Messaging and Notifications" to your right, then go down to "Default Thread Subscription Mode" and select "No email notification". Scroll down to the end and select "Save Changes".
