And try as I might I contact mods and admin and NO ONE responds to my ? about how do I get to post adverts. I mean I have a pile of old bits and pieces that I have no use for that are perfectly functional and wasting away in the parts drawers and on the shelves.

So WHO is the secret person to tell me it's OK?

It means no ads from sellers tracking your activity. Pay your $12 and you can list all you want in the for sale thread. Pull down box on right side.
