Locked Threads....
Now wait a minute....
Does my name get some sort of black mark because one of my threads got locked, even though I WASN"T THE ONE WHO TOOK IT TO A PLACE THAT THE MODERATOR DIDN'T LIKE....I started an innocent thread about 55/Rad, who answered my question and that would have been that as far as I was conernced....but it turned into something else that I had no control over....and do not want my name flagged for starting a locked thread.

I don't think there's any stigma attached with having a thread you started get locked. I wouldn't worry about it.

I was banned for 1 week, and it said 'banned' next to each of my posts on the entire forum. But no one cares about it, and no one remembers it anyway. Locked threads is nothing to be worried about.

I guess that's why I wanted to check this. Like you, I try to be straight-forward and fair here and have a reputation here as such. While many have a generic handle and simply take part under the veil of internet secrecy, I put it out there as to exactly who I am....and in addition....am a 'known commodity' in my community because of my status as a radio talk show host here. I don't need any bad PR that I didn't bring on myself....even if it's only here in BF.
