priveleges/permission for Advertise Your Services forum

I just tried to post in the Advertise Your Services forum, but I was shown a page saying that I did not have the priveleges/permission to do that. But the page did not say how I could fix that.

I was certainly registered and logged in at the time. I tried clearing my browser cache and history, then quitting and restarting the browser, but I got the same result when I tried again.

I have successfully posted to a different forum (this one) earlier today, and it looks like this post will work too. What's wrong?

Does it matter that I am a new member who registered today?

Nope. It doesn't matter who registers today. Only members with upgraded accounts may post in that forum. The first thread in that forum is a sticky by the owner of the forums, and he details exactly how you can upgrade your account.
