I tried resizing a picture I wanted to use as an avatar, even got it down to 2K pixel dimension (30 x 23 pixels) and the system still says it's to big to use. What am I doing wrong?

We'll find out together!

Thanks for your help Jack, it worked. Your instructions didn't exactly fit Photoshop 2.0 but close enough. When I went to "save for web" and then changed the pixels to 64, I think that is what did it for me.

Litespeed, do you mind sharing? I'm still butting my head against the wall.

I'm using Photoshop 2.0, but I'm thinking as long as you can go to "Save for Web", it should work. Here is how I did it. I opened up my Photoshop, opened my picture. Go to File, Save for Web. Now it should bring you to a new screen that will show your picture. Look for a box that says "New Size" (pixels). Change the width to 64, hit Apply, hit OK, save to your Desktop.
Go to User Control Panel (upper right hand corner) of Bike Forum. Go to Edit Avatar (left hand side of screen). Go to Upload as Avatar from your Computer, hit Browse, find the picture on your desktop and hit Save Changes. Hope this works, let me know.

I would hate for "the Boys" to have to smack 'em down, especially after you've been so helpful, but we gotta do what we gotta do!
It's just business, nothing personal!

Big game facing division rivals Tampa Bay today.
Your Cowboys are hosting the Chiefs today - that should be a good game, too.
