The administrator has blocked your IP address
I recently get the message saying that the administrator has blocked your IP address, I come out of the internet log back on and it works!!
Any suggestions as to why?

If you have dynamic IP addressing you may have hit upon one that
was blocked due to a persistant banned member (which necessitated the
IP block).

That would make sense I will need to check with the ISP and see what happens with the IP address.
