Make Tour de France Board a sub-board of Road Biking
I think the Tour de France board should be under road cycling and probably even under road bike racing. I think it'd be stronger there and wouldn't split traffic that way.

I used to be there, and the decision was made to move it to the top level during TdF season last year. It is easier to find for people who are only interested in the race and not road cycling as a whole while the race is going on.
