Modifiying an Existing For Sale Thread

Is it possible to modify an existing "for sale" thread in the For Sale forum where no posts have been made to the thread. I have a thread advertising a bike and I want to reduce the price and I would rather do that in the existing post than create a reply post. Thanks for any help!!

you should be able to just edit your post....is there not an edit button next to the reply button?

Yes there is. I hadn't noticed that before. Thanks a lot for the info! When you edit a post, does it bring it to the top of the post list like a posted reply does?

No. An edited post does not change the time the last post was added as far as the server is concerned.
