    Does this feature already exist?

First of all I must commend you on the fine job you are doing. It's great to have a well attended forum site dealing exclusively with bikes and biking and the level of expertise exhibited in the threads is respectable.
I am rather new here and I'm having a little touble navigating. I am a frequent and long time poster at www.abuzz.com perhaps you've heard of them. Anyway over there at Abuzz they have a navigation tool that allows you to activate a list of all the threads that you are or have been involved in and a little red "new" appears next to all thread titles that have been active since the last time you were there. This makes it very easy to maintain and monitor an ongoing discussion in a particular thread. Here at bikeforums it seems that you somehow have to remember which threads you have been involved in and then try to find them again if you wish to see if someone has responded to a point that you made, etc.. Another nice feature at Abuzz is tha ability access all the threads of any particular user. This allows you to get to know the other members. Do these options exist here at bikeforms and I just haven't found out how to use them? If not, allow me to submit them to the suggestions box. Thank you.

When you log on, click on view new posts (top of page, under the graphic). This will bring up a list of threads that have been active. If you've posted to one of them a black dot will appear in the envelope icon. You can also be notified by email if a thread you've posted to has had a response, (go to your profile and under edit options, activate "notification by email....").

Hope this helps with some of your concerns.

    BTW, welcome aboard!

If you want to check all posts by a particular member, just go to their profile and click 'search for all posts by this user'.
