Rename General Cycling

Maybe it should be renamed: Sticky Forum ??????????? Seriously as a long time member i have watched General Cycling slide into the cesspool. It needs revamped or tossed.

Oh, I hadn't noticed that someone went crazy with the sticky button. I can fix that.

A lot of those stickies are quite old, so it's not so much 'went crazy with the sticky button' but kinda grew into the 4 headed monster. In either case, I'm sure Brian can make a few choice modifications.

When I first started at BFN (2001) the General Forum was the first forum and was used for much of the posters/posting.

It was decided to put it last to ecnourage the use of the other forums, which it did. It really seems to have outlived its usefulness.
