Upgrading Membership
How can I do this? I want to post my new blog in the "Advertise Your Services" section, but don't have permissions.

Go to your User Control Panel. Go to 'Miscellaneous'. Click on 'Paid Subscriptions'. Go to dropdown menu under 'Cost'.
