All Caps in Thred Title?
What's the trick to get an all cap's acronym in a thread title?
Two members have just started threads about "TOSRV 2008" but both titles came out "Tosrv".

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Type it in as "TOSRV in 2008". That way you get enough lower case letters the system doesn't think you are yelling.

Can't be done. Just spell it out, and use the acronym in the body of the post.
"Tour of SRV 2008" will let people know what it is, and doesn't run into that problem.
Edit: Or, you can do as Tom suggests.
