My photo is to large????

OK. I have photos in my system and this time on my desk top. it seems to be 1.83 and the jpg max size is 100?. Anyway, when I try to down load it, nothing happen.

Whatto do?

How do I make the photo smaller / less bits of data so I can post it?

Open it in Photoshop/The Gimp/another image editor and use the Save For Web feature to reduce the size.
