    New Section Proposal

As you can see by the title, I am proposing a new section. A Collegiate Cycling section. For everyone on a Collegiate cycling team or anyone looking to get more info on collegiate cycling. I believe it deserves its own section.

There already is a road bike racing section. Why the need for a special one at this particular level? (I don't have a dog in this race, just trying to move the conversation.)
I stop for people / whose right of way I honor / but not for no one.

Me too. Caad, what is unique about the section you're proposing?
Stupidity got us into this mess - why can't it get us out?

If someone asks specific question about collegiate events, schools, clubs, know how, etc, its not specifically racing, and it won't get lost in the racing area. I believe it's worthy enough of its own area.
