I've aske dthis before, but not gotten a response: I would like to pay for a membership but there doesn't seem to be a way to do it without signing up to be billed annually automatically. Am I missing somehting? I prefer not to sign up for any 'automatic' rebillable credit card stuff. Ever.

Those new video ads that jump in front of the page with and play with no interaction needed to set them off - truly as obnoxious as you could possibly get. Oh, wait! Why don't you have them start up with the sound on full volume!
