Legal Questions

I was wondering where question about the law should be placed. I typically place them in Advocacy and Safety because no other forum seems to be correct.

So, I have two questions:
1. Is that where they belong?
2. If not, then how about creating a Legal forum. If they do belong there, would a sub-forum for legal questions seem appropriate?

If it pertains to A and S go ahead and put it there or general cycling. If not pertaining to cycling, use Foo. Just remember that not all of the advice given here will be professional nor licensed.

We will not be starting a legal forum for Bike Forums is not in the business of legal advice.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

No, we will definitely not be starting a legal forum. The implied liability alone would make it nonproductive at best, and at the worst, we'd be spammed by every ambulance chasing lawyer, and be datamined for exceptions to case law to hurt other people in their suits.

Well, I didn't mean questions for legal advise. I meant just general questions about the laws. For example, say someone wanted to know what are the requirements for riding at night in different states.
