    length of posts?

    why is there a limit on the amount of characters that we have to have written before we can make a post?

    Does that include an unlimited upper bound too? Also, does this apply to private messages as well? I seem to recall hitting the character limits in a PM a couple of times and had to break up my response into two messages.
