Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

You manually paid to renew, I'll bet when you got the email prompt that your subscription was about to expire and then had a charge occur a second Time? This is because the subscription automatically renews. I haven't seen an email from you, but it's definitely possible I missed it with recent health issues I've had. I can offer you a couple of options...

1) i can offer you a three year extension for your inconvenience
2) I can pass your refund request to Internet Brands.

Meantime, you need to cancel one of the now 2 subscriptions you will have with paypal. Meantime, read this thread: http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...tanium-Members

It explains the process of how canceling in paypal works. Send me a private message as to which route you would prefer, the extension or the refund and well get on with the process of making it right for you.
