OK how do I search a single forum for all posts/threads by a single person? where's the instructions?

go advanced and use clear tertms. Single word searches yield infinite results, and limit the topical search to thread titles instead of text and title..

I use google search like this. Put exact phrases in quotes. ( I locate my old postings by adding "rm -rf" to the search.)
for instance:
site:bikeforums.net "fsa omega" bar "rm -rf"
But I never thought about restricting it to one forum. This does work!
site:https://www.bikeforums.net/fifty-plus-50/ fizik
This will probably pick up references to your username, not just your posts. But you can see context of each posting.
site:www.bikeforums.net/classic-vintage rdlange
