Question about taking breaks.

I have found that after riding for about an hour my butt gets a little sore and my hands and feet get a little numb...nothing major. If I stop and do a little stretching for one or two minutes, I am good to go. Is this normal? How often to you stop and get the blood flowing?

iced coffee by bike is the best
