source for jig parts, cones etc?

I'm looking to build my own jig using 8020 aluminum extrusion. Cannot find a source online for cones for the head tube, top of seat tube, and bottom bracket. I can certainly go to a local machine shop but I'm unsure of what they will want, will they want a drawing or can I just sketch something out with dimensions. Also what's the best way to do the bottom bracket, with different sizes this could be a little confusing to keep everything in plane. Was hoping to find someone that sells them for framebuilders. Commercial jig pricing is a little steep for a hobbyist, and I am doing Tig so I need something to hold for tacking. Thanks if you can help at all. Al.

I can make you some. I used to sell them on ebay, but I got busy with other things and stopped for a while.

I have a Bringheli jig and would like to make a bike with the 44mm headtube. Can you make some cones for this?

Sure. I need to know the size of the rod in your Bringheli. It should be 3/4", but I had one guy tell me that they didn't fit on his rod. I'll send you an email, since you don't have enough posts to PM.

I also have one of these Bringheli front end replacements that I made for someone, but he ended up buying a new jig instead.

How much for the new front end? Feel free to PM me.
