I answered elsewhere, but now that I have looked more closely at your pictures, the dropouts don't look aligned. If they are, then your pictures have some distortion.

I think VO should give you a new fork. You may have to take the fork off and take some better pictures -- maybe on a flat surface. I assume they put the dropouts in clocked, or sometimes they are just malformed.

Thanks, at the very least I'm going to take wheels and rack off for a better look and some pictures on Thursday and will report back in the main thread. The concern that the dropouts themselves may be misaligned and will wear out my skewers/bearings/etc. is something I need to look more into.
