You can build a Toureasy recumbent clone with two of those frames. Do a web search for "tour easy clone", there are free plans available.

Or, more extreme, you can build a lowracer. Here is my front wheel drive lowracer. See the link for more info.

Check Sheldon Brown's site for instructions on building a tandem from two donor frames.

Here's a thought; some one told me many years ago to try this, but I never did get around to it.

UN-build some of those frames! In other words, try using the torch to disassemble the frames and you'll get an idea how much heat etc it takes to get brass/silver to "flow" properly. Seemed like a good idea, but again, I never did get that far myself.

Just my $.02. Cheers, Dr.D

Some lugged joints are extremely difficult to get apart. It will take more heat to "un-do' the joint than it took to create it originally, because to take a joint apart, the whole joint must be heated to the point the silver (or brass) will flow; but this is not necessary to create the joint. You can "walk around" the joint with the heat.

I know a guy in wisconsin that has used some past Italian frames as framework for tables and other furniture. True bikehead enviro in his home.

I built a chopper out of two frames. It's probably the funnest bike I own.

The lowracer looks fun.

I've also thought about building an adult big-wheel or green machine.
