Who Can retro-fit S&S couplers to my 1983 Rossin?

I am looking for a frame builder who could add S&S (or the equivilent) couplers to my Steel 1983 (kind of a beater) Rossin Frame. OR Add the couplers to my (mint-original Cambrige built) Merlin Titanium Mtn frame. So I can travel with it by plane and avoid the extra charges. Any one out there know a frame shop who could do this?
    thanks,
    Jt

Most of us charge USD300-400 to put steel couplers in, and 800-1000 for Ti.

Would you spend that sort of coin converting a beater?

Well Yes! 300 -350 sounds perfect because the beater in question is really a nice old Culmbus steel frame which needs a re-paint and a few little adjustments (there's slight a kink" in a seat stay, a "ding " really) The paint is tired from locking on the street. But I really like riding this bike. It is family. The frame fits well and it is not too heavy, its an 80's Rossin, remeber those?

Have you checked out the prices of a crappy fold-em bike? I would rather put my money back into this old frame than buy some factory made P.O.S. which wiggles at speed. A good folder is gonna cost me 700-1000 so if you can do this for three hundred smackers, you are hired my good man! Besides if you fly alot with a bike it adds up. They charge 100+ each way! So a couple a trips is a couple of couplers, No?
