Which DEDACCIAI tubes

I would want to buy at my framebuilter a new frame.
He has DEDACCIAI tubes: EOM 16,5, SAT 14,5 and COM 12,5.
I'm thinking to cheapest COM 12,5. Do is a good steel?
My frame will are a road frame.

COM12.5 is a good choice for a road frame. The other tubesets are nice as well but not appropriate for a first time builder since they are very thin and more difficult to build with.
