Dedacciai Tubes

I ran across a certain web site and it described some of the deda tubes. In the array of tubes by Deda, how would the EM2 fit in? That is, for what application would a frame builder choose the EM2?

You know its aluminum? I read that it makes a stiff and light bike, but has the typical Aluminum characteristic of being really harsh. It would make a nice crit bike
