Brain, Neuron or Zona?

I would want to buy at a buildber a new steel frame.
In your opinion is it a great difference between Columbus Brain, Neuron and Zona?
I'm 5' 7" and my weight is 172lb.
Do you have suggestions?
Thanks

Zona is the current "middle of the road" Columbus tubeset. Very good balance between stiffness and weight. The other tubesets are fine as well with Brain being slightly heavier/stiffer and Neuron about the same as Zona. You can't go wrong with any of these.
