Know of any frame building 'how to' video's / books???

Looking to build a track frame. buddy is pretty proficient in metal work. Has a few different types of welders at his place. Plus i LOVE to learn how to build different things.

I know my first frame will be far from perfect, but with practice my results will improve.

Anyone know of any good how to video's / books on frame building and designing?

And yes, i am under the impression that this will not be easy...but i like that ; )
