Wheel Drilling

Apologies if this shouldn't be in the frame-building area - seems the most apt place to post a query;
Anyhow - hoping to score some rims that'll arrive undrilled so I can lace them for just 16 spokes (these being wee rims for a lightweight folding Brompton bike).

I'm in London UK but don't really know where I might find somewhere that'd do this accurately for me.
Does anyone have any leads? I'd love to say I'd be able to do it myself but I don't quite have the workshop equipment to do such a job - yet...
