Good framebuilders in the Los Angeles area?

I live in the Los Angeles area.

There seem to be dozens of frame builders in the
San Francisco area. But so far, I've only heard
of Bill Rider in the LA area.

Are there any other good frame builders in the LA area?
Who are they?

Townsend is in Monrovia.

Wanta is a little south of you in Carlsbad.

Ybarrola is further south in San Diego.
