    Repair Miyata 710 fork?

I'm looking for opinions on whether or not this fork can be bent back into service. Thanks.

I have pretty much the exact same fork on my miyata 310, except the crown is a little different. When I got the frame, the fork was bent back like that. I bent it back and have been riding it almost daily for about a year, including some off road. No problems, but if you feel carefully along the fork legs you can feel a tiny ripple in the steel where the fork was bent. The only reason I haven't replaced it is because a new frame is in the works.

how would one go about bending that back without something like the park HTS-1 or similar (or is the proper tool necessary?)
