Switching out a frame, some advice needed

So I just dropped the fork out of my motobecane frame and found what looks like bearings within the frame itself.

There does not seem to be a way to remove these or any sort of threading that was used to put them in, in the first place. The headset is a FSA orbit XLII and this http://www.bikesdirect.com/products/..._07instock.htm is the bike i'm working on.

Do I need a special tool to remove them or do I have to buy new parts or what?

Sounds like the bike has an integrated headset. The boys over in the Bicycle Mechanics forum can probably point you to the special tools you'll need when replacing this headset and telling you what replacement might be compatible... if you even need to replace it?
