Custom Wheels

I have had this idea similar to what was done on one of Armstrong’s TT bikes. He had his disk wheel customized with symbols on it. The symbols represented various things in his life and when placed in a certain order it told a story if you knew what the symbols represented. I was wondering if anyone knows of a company who could do something similar? I have wanted to do something like this on a set of deep-rimmed wheels. Any help or ideas would be great. Thanks!

you could draw something up on the computer and have your local graphics shop cut out the designs on sticker vinyl. It would be a bit of a pain to apply them neatly but it should work.
