Funeral of Dave Russell (Slough, Berkshire, England-based Frame Builder)

The funeral of Dave Russell, the Slough-based frame builder is to be held tommorrow, Friday 1st August. Dave sadly died suddenly at his home on Sunday 13th July, from a heart attack. His children, Ian and Trudy, have extended a warm welcome to all those who knew him to attend.

The funeral procession will depart at about 12.15 on Friday 1st August from Dave's house in Bath Road, proceeding via Chalvey (where his shop was) to arrive at Slough Crematorium for the funeral service at 1.00pm.

The family have organised the wake at the Huntercombe pub, near Dave's home. To quote Dave's son Ian "All are welcome to pay respects and spend time (or a few hours) milling around , drinking and just passing the time (discussing anything not just bike related) as I am sure that would bring a huge smile to his face.":-

Leave the M4 at Junction 7 (Slough West), proceed north and turn right onto the A4 at the roundabout, the Huntercombe is on the right hand side of the carriageway.
