Starter tubing/lugs/braze-ons kit?
I'm giving serious consideration to building up my own frame. Is there a recommended source for an inexpensive tubing, lugs, dropouts, braze-ons, fork crown, etc. kit? I'd just be looking for some basic double-butted cro-mo, Tange or TrueTemper would be fine. Is CeeWay's kit the best bet?
Next, an oxy-acetylene torch kit. What's a good starter set to look for, and (generally) where should I go for gas? Or should I just look at something like this https://store.weldingdepot.com/cgi/we...2GKA50-TC.html ?
Thanks,
Pete

That setup is good for HVAC work but not framebuilding. You will need a couple of bottle fills before you ever finish your first frame, depending on if you use brass or silver. Using the small tanks there is also a good chance that you will draw acetone into the regulator and line depending on how you braze the frame. My advice is to step up to the next tank size which is the q / wq tank size.

Basically any of the folks who sell tubes will do you:
https://www.bringheli.com/ Zone tubeset
Henry James: https://www.henryjames.com/ttkits.html
I just plowed through nova's online catalog https://www.novacycles.com/catalog/
Pacenti will help you out.
Ceeway is certainly good, but may not be economical if you aren't in UK
