Made some tooling-

Just machined a fork bending jig with an 11" radius for my track build. The jig is clamshelled with a 90 degree (included) angle trough. I just happened to have some chunks of 6061 that fit the bill. I just did a test bend and it works like a champ.

Clever design, should be possible without any really big machinery.
